How do I book a grad photo session?

How many photos do I recieve for a graduate session?

Graduate session packages vary and include 10 - 30+ fully-edited images. However, we take so many photos so you’ll have a wide variety of favorites to choose from, and you get to pick the photos you like best!

Will I get to choose my favorite photos? How?

We take so many photos so you’ll have a wide variety of favorites to choose from. After the session we'll hop on a scheduled meeting and you can pick your favorites. We could also make it a suprise and edit the best ones for you!

How far in advance should I book my session?

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially during peak graduation seasons.

Where do the photoshoots take place?

We offer on different packages for locations on campus. Let us know your preference when booking, and we can work something out if you have any concerns.

How long does a grad photo session last?

Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the package selected.

Can I bring props or friends/family to the shoot?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring props like diplomas, balloons, or anything meaningful. Friends and family are welcome for a few group shots free of charge.

What should I wear for my grad photos?

We recommend formal attire under your graduation gown. Solid colors photograph well, but feel free to express your style.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes! We provide discounts for group sessions, perfect for friends or classmates.

Are deposits required?

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Prices reflect booking and total fees. An equal payment is due at photo delivery. Group bookings require both the initial deposit and the final payment to be made in full as a their own transaction. We do not accept split payments.

When will I receive my photos?

Edited photos will be delivered within 10 business days after the session. Need them Expedited? Let us know and we can work something out!

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive a private online gallery to view and download your photos.
